Cruise Parking at Southampton Docks

All you need to know about the meet and greet process of Cruise Parking at Southampton Docks:

Once you have booked with us you will receive 2 confirmation emails, one from Pay Pal with your payment details and one from us confirming your dates and vehicle details. Our email asks you to call our chauffeur number of 07540794007 once you are 30 minutes from arriving at the docks in Southampton.

These 30 minutes gives us time to make sure that one of our drivers is waiting at the docks for you at whichever terminal your ship is berthed at on the day. Do not worry if you are earlier or later than your drop off time that you entered online, just so long as you call 30 minutes before you arrive at the docks, we will be there waiting for you.

Once you get close to Southampton docks you will start to see signs for the different dock gates.

These allow access to the cruise ship terminals as follows:

Dock Gate 4: Ocean terminal and QEII terminal
Dock Gate 8: City cruise terminal (main)
Dock Gate 10: Mayflower Terminal and City Cruise terminal.

On arrival for parking at Southampton docks you will enter through the dock gate and then follow signs for your ship. Once you arrive at your ship, traffic marshals will direct you into the baggage drop off lanes next to the ship where you will be able to unload all of your luggage.

Once you have unloaded your bags, just drive out of the baggage lanes and over to the short say car park (no more than 40 metres away) and one of our drivers will be looking out for your vehicle and registration number ready to introduce himself.

After going through the pick-up process with you and confirming the arrivals terminal for when you get back you can then walk straight onto your ship and our driver will then drive your car back to our secure compound at Bakers Wharf. Bakers Wharf is less than 2 miles from Southampton docks and is fully secure with steel gates, CCTV and floodlights.

The Southampton docks are located along the full length of Southampton city centre, so it is important that you know where your ship is to be berthed.
