Terms & Conditions

All bookings are made in agreement with our Terms & Conditions outlined on this page. If you have any queries, please get in touch.

Your statutory rights are not affected

  1. Bookings & Service
    1. Bookings through our web site are deemed to be made when final confirmation of the booking has been sent via e-mail.
    2. Telephone bookings are deemed to have been made when confirmed by the Parking4Cruises telephone representative.
    3. All services are subject to availability
    4. Parking4Cruises reserve the right not to accept or fulfil a booking
    5. All prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling and include VAT. Prices quoted can be subject to change.
    6. We confirm any payment information given to Parking4Cruises by you will only be used by Parking4Cruises and will not be distributed to any other organisation under any circumstance.
    7. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that collections and deliveries of vehicles are made at the requested times, Parking4Cruises does not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic congestion, delayed cruises, security alerts etc.
  2. Payment
    1. If a payment by card or other means is declined, Parking4Cruises reserve the right not to fulfil your booking.
    2. Increased duration of stay will be debited to the clients account and payment collected prior to the return of the vehicle
    3. Full payment of the booked service is due prior to commencement of the service.
    4. Parking4Cruises reserves the right to apply to the DVLA for names and addresses where payment has not been made.
  3. Refunds, Cancellation and Curtailment
    1. A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date and time for which the service has been booked and a full refund less £10 administration costs will be made. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours no refund will be made.
    2. For the purpose of condition 3.1 the period for which the service is booked shall be deemed to commence at the collection date and time specified at time of booking for the service booked.
    3. Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service once that service has commenced will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked.
    4. If a vehicle is returned within 6 hours of collection and re-booked to depart within 48 hours of original departure date then a partial refund may be applied for, in writing subject to our discretion.
    5. If an amendment is to be made after departure has commenced the relevant airport must be contacted.
  4. Liabilities and other Terms
    1. Our insurances cover our legal liabilities
    2. Vehicles and Contents are left at Owners risk whilst the vehicle is parked.
    3. The customer warrants that he is the owner of the vehicle or has the power to deal with the vehicle as if he were its owner.
    4. Claims for damage will not be considered unless reported to a Parking4Cruises Representatives immediately on the return of the vehicle. Claims for damage will not be considered once the car has left our care and control.
    5. We accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, stone chips to light clusters, alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres and wheels howsoever caused. In extreme weather conditions lacquer can come away from existing damaged paintwork, we accept no liability for this in the event the lacquer has become more pronounced whilst in our care.

      4.5a We accept no liability for loss or damage caused by bird droppings, all vehicles are stored in outdoor secure compounds.

    6. Parking4Cruises accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused unless proved to be caused by the negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty of the employees of Parking4Cruises ltd. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Parking4Cruises liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of one of its employees. Parking4Cruises will not accept liability for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control including acts of God , acts of nature and terrorism, war, riots or flooding.
    7. Your vehicle must display a valid tax disc and comply with the Road Traffic Act. You will be held liable for any fines, liabilities and consequential loss we incur from a failure to do this. Parking4Cruises reserves the right to refuse your vehicle on the day and no refund will be given.
    8. We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the keyring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle
    9. Where possible, we require you to have a spare key for your vehicle which we require you take with you.
    10. If any provision of these terms is found by any court to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid or unenforceable, unfair or unreasonable then it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions which will continue in full force and effect
    11. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
